I just layed patio pavers. 16in x 16in x 2 in thick.?

Question:I put about 2 inches of crushed stone and 3 inches of sand before laying the pavers. I tried to get it even and level, but some of the pavers are slightly wobbley. Is that normal and will they settle evenly some? I also swept some sand mixed with a little concrete in the cracks between the pavers. I am just worried about some of them being wobbley.I don't know how to spell wobbley.

Answers:
I think you did good, I'm sure they will settle.

good for you.well done , listen take up the ones that wobble
mix dry sand ,and dry cement together, ,put them back down , dont put concreate between them , just brush in some sand ,mixed with the same mixture you just used , it will go hard ,but its much better, after your done ,lightly spray down the whole area, with a little water , i said little lol it will be perrrrrfect ,
We are doing that same project now. It sounds like you did it right, given you swept enough sand between the pavers. Did you tamp down the crushed stone before you layed the sand? And did you tamp down the pavers before sweeping the sand on top of them? We did, and ours are tight. Also, what did you use on the walkway's edge? We used a Barrier Edge. Any Paver Edging would work. Without something to hold the sides in, they will just keep moving. The Barrier Edging looks like this: http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=h...

Sounds to me you may not have tamped down the pavers first. the tool looks like this: Click on third photo down.
