Questions about cockroaches!?

Question:well I know its nasty, but Ive moved into an apartment that has cockroaches, Ive only seen 4 in the 6 months Ive lived here.(but for every one that you see, theres hundreds more) Iam grossed out so im moving in a month, my question is, Can I bring the cockroaches with me to my new place?

Answers:
Yes, you can, by bringing the eggs. Make sure nothing is on your floor. Discard any open food. Thoroughly wash things. And, I've found, to ease my own mind, that if you buy one of those Raid roach traps (they're oval-shaped and a little pricey), it kills roaches very quickly. We also have sprayed roach spray everywhere, removing our dishes and spraying along the wall bases, under sinks, etc.

You can pretty easily divorce yourself of roaches, but, honestly, sometimes it just comes with where you live. Meaning, city, type of dwelling, time of year, etc.

Good luck with that.

depends if the cockroaches were attracted to the place, or to your food/belongings.
wash everything u own and heavily pak it down and put ur stuff somewhere the roaches wont get to it (like a friends house or w/e) hopefully ur problem wont follow you lol
Yes you can...they get in boxes and towels, and other thing that they can hide in.make sure when you pack to tape up the boxes quickly so the cant get in it.
yes, they will hide inside your washing machine, your closet, your cupboard,anywhere,a!..... hate cockroach..
You sure can. Make sure to check all your boxes, bags, suitcases etc. because those sneaky little f------ can definitely travel.
Yes, liberals have a way of sneaking into everything.
Yes, you can bring cockroaches to your new place. That's how some restaurants get them. If there is one hiding in a box or it laid its eggs on something you bring to your new place there is a chance you can take them with you.
you can bring them with you, but if they didnt make you happy in this apartment, they prolly wont make you happy in your new place. You might wanna check with your new landlord to see if they approve first.

If your moving to an apartment again, you may face the same problem.
my husband is in pest control, has been for over 5 years, and I know for a fact that YES you can take them with you. They can be in your boxes that you pack and anything else that you move with you.
It's possible but unlikely given he number you've seen over six months. I wouldn't exactly call it an infestation. BUT females can wind up on your person or belongings and can be transplanted wherever they get dropped off at. Bait your kitchen with Roach Proof (boric acid) in the time you're still there to be on the safe side. You can pick it up at any Home Depot or Lowes. Just follow the directions on the bottle. Good luck.
Thanks, thats how it starts. People moving from one place to another. The best place is in a
24 or case of beer.
won`t make any difference, if you are moving to a multifamily complex. like apartments, are you moving from a apartment? are you moving into a new apartment complex? reason i ask is if there are bugs in your unit, they are in all units. the only way to exterminate is to set up a time where all renters can be somewhere else for the day, & spray the whole building, not just your apartment, otherwise it`s a losing battle.but if not, do what the other answers are telling you. clean, clean, clean. hope this helps. atticrat out!
yes you can but before you move in to your new place you can sprinkle some comet or ajax under the stove and the fridge thats where they like to hide you can put it just about any where
