I have an ant problem?

Question:I planted an Asiatic Lily last spring, and I cannot keep the ants from clipping the petals off. Does anyone have any suggestions at all?

Answers:
Hey there, you can try mixing cayenne powder w/ water in a spray bottle, and spray the ground surrounding, and the stem of the plant. Since ants are constantly licking, they will be crappin fire, and they won't return. Remember to reapply after watering, rain ect... good luck

wife said to use a 50 % water and 50% vinagar solution and spray them with it.
hope it works for you
