How much would it cost to build...?

Question:I want to build a 4,000 sf home in central Ohio. I already found a company that will build the structure, ie. wood and framing, but I'd like to know how much a full basement foundation would cost, also runnig electricity, pluming, air conditioning and heating system, drywalling, trim- also decorative & doors would cost. How much could i expect to spend? Thanks to any answers that come my way.
P.S. I got the floorplan from one of those houseplans websites.

Answers:
Your looking at about 350.00 to 400.00 per sq. ft. roughly depending how fancy you get with extras like granite counter tops etc...
I am an Architect and I can tell you first hand that the floor plan you got from the website will need revisions for your city and county codes as I do them all the time. There are usually space limitations on the size of lot you have ( usually a percentage of lot coverage allowed, somewhere between 20-40 % is likley ) so check all of these things before proceeding to quickly. Your cities planning dept. can tell you.

Good Luck in your endevor.

cost to build about $150 a sq

just call your local contractor ask for a quote
Call around and get some estimates. And remember, you get what you pay for.
