What is the best household advice/tip you have?
Question:Mine is to cut onions while wearing sunglasses!! Or use an iron and a wash cloth to get wax out of carpet. (obviously, place the wash cloth over the wax and use a hot iron over the cloth)

After washing your mini blinds and putting them back up. Wipe them with a fabric softner sheet. I prefer Bounce and what this does is it puts a protective film on them and the dust doesn`t cling to your blinds! Make sure you`re mini blinds are dry before wiping them down with bounce!
Sweep your floors once a week for every person who lives in your house (i.e. if you have four people living in your house, your floors should be swept/vacuumed four times a week).
A place for everything and put things back where you find them.
I'm not sure who I'm quoting however it will never apply more anywhere else. AN OUNCE OF PREVENTION IS WORTH A POUND OF CURE.
ex. Dont stack things against house it draws moisture.
Clean gutters at least once a year.
Paint before old paint starts to peel.
A place for everything and everything in its place.
Everyone should pick up after themselves.
