How do you get rid of Grain moths, Fruit Flys, and general bugs other than flies?

Question:We are cleaning a basement that has been full of cat pee and mold... the house suprisingly doesnt have many regular flies but is crawling with grain moths and fruit flies... What can we use to attract and kill them? The cats are still in the house and there is a dog too so we cant get rid of the food or use bug bombs.

Answers:
You can use pheromone traps for the grain moths. The fruit flies may be attracted to a bug light. The problem is, there's a source where they are coming from. The moths from either cat food, bird seed, crackers, cereal or something like that. The flies from either something wet, damp or rotten like a floor drain, sink, mop/ bucket, pop cans... something wet.

bug spray
They sell these i think they're orange colored cone things you can hang up. They're sticky and have something on them that make bugs what to land on them. Hang a few in your basement see if that helps you out.
