Buying a new bed; what should I look for?

Question:I want to buy a new queen size bed. I'd prefer a firmer bed. Waht should I look for in a new bed? What are some good manufacturers? What are some good retailers? I live in Northern California, if that helps.

If you are in Northern CA you should try Sleeptrian. They have some really good beds and have a trial period where you can return the bed if you do not like it.
