Need help for pool fence?

Question:I am trying to figure something out to build/install to safeguard my dogs from my pool, which is not very expensive. The round pool is above ground and 7 sections of if cove into a wood deck. We use the deck, even when we don't use the pool and my dogs have access to it anytime they are outside in their fenced in yard. I need idea. Can you help?

Answers:
I'm not sure what size of dogs you have, but I know that health department safety regulations for humans is to have a fence that you can not pass a 4" diameter ball through when it comes to spacing between slats. But this is for humans and not dogs.

Depending on the amount of construction you are willing to do you can put a couple of 4x posts up as corners, add a lattice network to a French door gate system (double gates that open wide) and then plant some form of climbing plant in pots along the latticed "fence". The plants will help keep the dogs out too unless they are the type to just bull through vegetation. The gate structure should have a couple of sunken holes so you can put slide bars on the bottom of the gates to keep the dogs from pushing the bottoms in.

This would require a bit of construction but would work the best.

Would one of those wireless fence options not work?
get one of those accordian gates, they typically open up like 6 or 8 feet.
