How do i eliminate tree seedlings from a poplar tree?

Question:we had the tree removed (stump, roots and all) we had sod laid and now these seedlings are popping up, even thru the asphalt in the street

Answers:
If they are in the lawn, normal mowing will eliminate them. In paved areas, you can get a brush killer that will kill them. Be careful and read and follow the instructions.
