I live in TX and I have a bunch of bugs that are killing my plants and I don't know what to do, can you help?

Question:I have a black thumb to begin with and I was doing really good with the garden, but now I am not so sure. My leaves are becoming wiltered and it's not lack of water. I water at least 2 or more depending on how hot it is here that day or the rain factor latley. If you know anything that will help it would be greatly appriciated. Thank You in advance

it would help to know the plants you water 2 or more what feel the soil if it needs water water if bugs on most plants get a product called spinsad and follow directions
