What is the best way for irrigation potatoe plant?

Question:

Answers:
You should go and buy whats called a soaker hose..Its a water hose with holes in it. You just lay it where you want the ground to be watered and turn the water on. It will really saturate the ground around the plants and you dont have to worry about wasting water. I just dug up my potatoes and onions, and I did really well this year, especially considering that we have had practically no rain.
