Why are my flowers dying? I water them at night. They are supposed to grow well in sun. I even use fertilizer.

Question:

Answers:
you shouln't use too much fertiliser. Ue it only in spring, summer and fall. Check to see if there are insects attacking, and water them during the day, when they need it. DON"T DROWN THEM!

Well, if they're inside, do water them at night, if their outside, do it in the afternoons. don't drown them and don't under estimate their water supply either...if all else fails, i suggest to put a aspirin in the dirt (with some water in the hole) or in the vase for those who are vase fanatics! Hope ur flowers will rejuvenate soon!
You don't say how often you fertilize. Usually once every other week is sufficient. Also, I learned that you aren't supposed to water at night. This promotes disease and molds. Water early in the morning, so the sun has an opportunity to dry out the leaves and the base of the plants.
Some plants like a dry soil, some like a moist well drained soil and some like boggy conditions. Also some like a sandy soil, some like loam and there are even a few that do well in clay. Some like rich soils and some like poor soil and some don't really mind what kind of soil they are in. Without knowing exactly what kind of flowers you have I can't directly help you, but try going to the following web sites and see if the plants in question are there. They will tell you what you need to know.
