Will pineapple sage continue to bloom again, after the red flowers have fallen off ? Do I need to deadhead ?

Question:When I bought the plant it had abundant red flowers. Then they slowly fell off. It seems that there are new buds forming, but I am not sure. Will it bloom again, fall off and then bloom again ?
Thank you

Answers:
YES YOU NEED TO DEAD HEAD THEM, AND THEY WILL BLOOM AGAIN

Yes it will rebloom. Deadhead it back to just above the first junction of 4 leaves on the stem.
It should bloom through late summer to early Autumn. I would dead head it though. Dead heading with put the plant's energy into producing more flowers rather than trying to make seed.
