Will pouring Tilex Mold and Mildew cleaner on a huge spider, kill it?

is it a wolf spider? they aren'poisonous but for others ahuge wad of tissue or a toilet scrubber or broom bristels to mash it.we had a wolf spider and my guy got an ice cream pale gallon size and caught it put the lid on it,and brought it outside.

I'm no fan of bugs but, if they're not in your home, I would say just leave them alone. If it's in your house, see if you can catch it and put it outside. They are harmless (even though they creep me out). Spiders catch the other bugs that are much more of a nuisance.
Yes. I've sprayed all sorts of cleaners on spiders that i just didnt want to squish because its gross. they always killed it because i guess the spider digested it.
