Saving my potted dwarf Meyer lemon tree?

Question:It's losing it's leaves and not looking too good. there is fruit on it and I can see some new shoots growing, but it looks very spindly. I have it in a large pot if full sun. What am I doing wrong? How can I save it?!

Answers:
make sure it is in good quality potting soil. It will time-release water and nutrients to your plant to mkae sure it gets what it need when iit needs it, unlike regukar topsoil which can be drowned one minute and thirsty a minute later; and topsoil also has a tendency to clump up.
