Do you think this plant is poisonous? I have a link to the pic?

Question:I found it in my back yard growing along with my flowers. It looks like poison sumac to me but I cant tell.

I don't think that it's poison sumac - here are some photos of the real thing and you'll notice the compound leaves that your plant doesn't seem to have. Plus, if you cut it and brought it onto the porch to photo and haven't broken out in a rash, it's probably not poison.

That doesn't look like a sumac to me at all... It looks like some weed that pops up in my garden too. I pull it and toss in the compost pile

its a weed. just dig it out of your flowers
