What does a sesame seed grow into?

Question:If I planted a seasame seed what would grow?

A sesame seed would grow into a Sesame plant. However most Sesame seeds we are familiar with are sprinkled on baked goods (breads, rolls etc.) or are roasted first before being sold as a condiment. Both render the seeds infertile due to their exposure to high temperatures.
