Is there a way to get rid of dead weeds besides pulling them?

Question:i have dead "weeds" that kind of look like hay, best way to remove them?

Answers:
If you live in an area where you can, burn then out. Just wet the area around them and keep a hose ready.

Otherwise use a rake or hoe to drag them out.
