Does anyone know how to remove the skins of coffee beans before grinding the beans?
Question:PS: these are the first beans from my plants.
Answers:
I think when you roast them the skins shrink and pop off.
Yup

See http://www.coffeeresearch.org/agricultur... for info on coffee processing, it's based on commercial but should give you an idea.
It's not as simple as drying then grinding
I can only assume that you have already roasted these?
I believe that the bean (green) is removed from the fruit, and then roasted.
Check out the home roasting instructions at wikipedia
