What are the 'green grape' looking growths on my Pin Oak trees' leaves?

Question:These things are almost every leaf. The tree is 10 years old, and has never been unhealthy.

Answers:
It sounds like there is a fungus amungus!

could be mistletoe. very common with oak trees.
Are you sure they're not acorns?
They are called grape apes. They are a rare freak of nature and only come out once every ten years on certain trees. There is no cure and they are very contagious to other trees...Seriously, I have no clue...
I think your tree has genital warts possibly - just a suggestion.
