Answers:
Ornamental quince, Berberis, Privet, some euphorbias, Pieris Japnica, Willow (Flamingo Tree), Iris, Philadelphus, Escallonia
Put lime in the soil not as in the fruit obviously this makes the soil better to grow things in
Ah.. no. lime will do nothing for clay but make it less acidic. This isn't what you asked, but gypsum will help break up clay (not lime), as will the addition of organic material like compost, bark, peat, etc. The better the soil the greater variety of plants will grow.
as far as plants in clay, think weeds. plants with deep root structures will do best. Flowers like coneflowers and blanketflower can handle clay, as can many daylillies.
There are a lot of plants that will grow in clay. Moisture and available nutrients are the determining factors.
If you're looking to plant shrubs in your clay soil, check out the lists at the bottom of this page:

The site lists both trees and shrubs for clay soil.
Good luck!
I have heavy clay soil and found the shrub burning bush grew quite well. I added some aged manure to the area I was planting it in and it did fine in the soil. Lilacs also do well in my yard and my neighbor has a lovely forsythia.
