Question:
Answers:
most of the seed catalogs sell the tags to go with the seeds they sell,or you can buy witch ever tag you want.all the information and a picture of the plant is on the tag. they sell in different lots (25,50,100) $.06 each for 50. also you can go to a local garden store and get a labeler that prints out the name of your plants, and the ink doesn't fade in sun or rain.around $30.00. they have the plain labels in different colors too.
You can make really nice plant labels for almost no cost at all.
Wash a gallon milk jug and cut it apart so you have several flat pieces. Cut out rectangles that are 2" x 3" or so and write the name of your plant in a Sharpie marker (indelible).
Get several pairs of cheap chopsticks from asian restaurants and tape the back of the label to the chopstick, and insert the completed label on the end of the row of seeds, or in the plant pot.
These are pretty basic, but you can design more elaborate or colorful ones.
