the correct term is a packing iron. These were originally used to pack the lead and oakum into cast iron pipe joints and came in various sizes and shapes. Some would do inside joints other would do outside joints.
You are going to have a bit of a difficult time finding them now a days. They are not used with modern piping techniques.
Check with a hardware or plumbing supply house in your area, they may be able to order them.
