How tall am i allowed to grow my conifer trees in my back garden.?

Question:

Answers:
As tall as you like - as long as they do not deny neighbours their right to light - or the roots get near their foundations -
Also neighbours are allowed to cut anything that overhangs their garden as long as they throw all the cuttings back on to your land.

Just be sensitive to others

I'd say as tall as you want them. It's your garden.
You are allowed them as high as you want, just as long they don't spill onto your neighbours' garden.
Depends!

Which country are you in? Where is your garden? Do you own it or rent it?

Didn't put much thought into the question did you?
6ft
Neighbours could object if you are cutting out their light, be considerate, they should be in a park, not a garden, they steal to much sun.
idiot
its on your deeds
I'm not sure how tall you can grow them , You have to remember they grow very quick not just upwards outwards as well.
We planted them years ago we couldn't believe how much garden they took up it must have been a nightmare for my neighbours when we decided to get rid of them it was not easy but its the best thing we did so give it a lot of thought before you plant them
There is no defined limit as such but if the conifers are part of a hedge, grow higher than 2 metres and your neighbour considers that they are affecting the enjoyment of his/her property, then they are at liberty to approach the Council under the High Hedges legislation contained in Part 8 of the Anti Social Behaviour Act 2003. If the council agree with your neighbour you would be served with a notice requiring you to reduce the height under threat of legal action if you do not do so. So if they do not affect anyone on the other side then you have nothing to worry about but if they do - be careful.
very very large
