Does anyone know the name of this plant with a strange bloom that looks like an unborn human baby?

Question:There was a television program/report a while back which discussed this extraordinarily unusual plant (I believe it is native to India, but I am not absolutely positive about that). I have tried keying in specific words online to bring up information on this strange plant without any results. I know the question is bizarre. I would have had a hard time believing that such a plant exists myself had I not seen the report on television about them. Thanks to all those who respond to the question.
