Question:What kind of walk behind mower should I get to get my yard to look like a baseball feild.

Just a fancy mower won't do it.
You need to start with well amended soil, smooth and level. Water it well, let the weeds sprout, then till and level again. Water well and cover with black plastic for a couple of weeks. Then loosen the surface with a rake, plant a seed suited to your local conditions. Only mow it when the grass itself is dry.
Any good reel mower should work well if kept sharp and properly adjusted.
You don't say what type of grass you have, nor how big your yard is... If you have large blade grass you could use almost any kind of mower. I'd suggest a self-propelling. If you have fine bladed grass, and want it too look totally awesome, you are going to have to use a mechanical, reel mower. Golf courses mow their greens with hand reel mowers. It is time intensive but produces the very best results.
