Does anyone have a mosquito problem at their home?

Question:I found these links http://www.totalvac.com/mosquitomagnet.h... http://www.acadiabetterliving.com/testim...

which both talk about how these types of machine reduce the mosquito population in your area. I saw a resolved question in regard to this (on answers), and missed out on sharing the link. It's great if you have a creek or swamp at home. I plan on getting one and getting people in my street to get one so we all don't get bitten this summer.

Answers:

I just saw a television advertisement of a mosquito repellent called ThermaCELL. My dad said he bought one and it worked, dammit.

make sure it's large enough though. they do work but my favorite is a bat house. they eat more then 400 times their body weigt in the critters and the bat house is maybe $75 dollars with the pole. much to people's misunderstanding bats don't attack people either. they may swoop close for they feel the body heat but as soon as they smell the breath - they are outta there :)
No we don't have a mosquito problem at our home. They're all outside ! lol, lol.
just get a bottle of bug-b-gon max.. the one that attaches to ur hose is easier to apply... and spray ur yard, ur house, and anything else in ur yard and they won't bother u at all!
My brother bought a mosquito magnet and it worked for about a week. He sent it in for a replacement twice, and he's having to send it back yet again. Unfortunately, the citronella candles and OFF aren't repelling the huge mosquitoes we have here in West Texas anymore. I've also noticed that they hurt more now when bitten, rather than just itching. I've resorted to planting tons of lantana and marigolds, as I've heard their pungent scent works well as a repellent. We'll see how it works...
