How to kill the root of and plant?

Question:am trying to replant my flower bed. But this plant keep coming back so that is way i want to kill the roots of the plant i don't want.

Answers:
boil a few pots of water(depending on how big the root is) and then pour the boiling water over it. Let it soak deep into the soil, When it cools off, try pulling the remaining root out or dig it up and get rid of it. Then pour more boiling water over any remaining root to make sure you have killed it. This will also sterilize the soil from weed seeds that may be in the soil. This is an Organic method used by many Organic Gardeners....GOOD LUCK!

dig it out. its probably pretty deep thats why it keeps coming back .
Use Round-Up or other vegetation killer. Read the instructions, then you have to wait a few weeks to plant.
