HELP--chipmunks out of control?

Question:I hate to poison chipmunks but they are out of control in my yard. They're running all over the place and making tunnels everywhere. I came across an item called Shake-Away. Has anyone had success with it? Here's the website:

set up a bunch of "haveaheart" traps, you put food in them...the chipmunk goes in.and it traps them in a little cage. Then you bring the cage about 3 miles away from your house and let it go. it gets rid of them without killing. you can usually find them in a hardware store like the home depot or something.
