What is the tree in Mareeba?

Question:The tree is in the main street it is very tall and the branches hug the trunk, they grow down towards the ground .
If you see this Annie, it is oppisite the Rivers store, and outside the bank, Ithink, as we are from the act. we have not seen one like. thanks
