Where can I get the bits to sink a well on my allotment.?

Question:I'm after the spike that you knock into the ground, then the pipe sections. I can only find the old fashioned stlye pump to go on top.
Any ideas?

This sort of kit tends to be professional so you could try a local drilling company (percussion drilling) see yell.com may come under sewage treatement as well. If the water table is quite high you could buy concret sections from a builders merchant and dig for it. If its only an allotment the effort involved\cost may not be worth it unless its for the whole allotment (ie your all clubbing in).
If its a bit deeper say 4 meters you'll need to get a JCB in and bigger sections.
Beyond this depth you have to have a propper rig. Be advised though well drilling will leave a major mess so soil improvement may be necessary afterwards.
Pump wise again if its high water a good builders merchant should be able to help rember though that you need a header preasure higher than the depth of the well else you wont get the water out.

If not take advisement from the drilling company.
