Answers:
The best resource guide I've found for vegetable growing is Carla Emery's "The Encyclopedia of Country Living".
Call your county agriculteral agent and ask what grows best in your area and what sells best.
Visit a local farmers market and see what prices are, talk to the owners, maybe they would like to buy your produce.
Some of the most expensive market veggies I've seen are sweet peppers, especially red, gold and orange. Tomatoes are good sellers and also easy to grow-peppers are harder.
Mostly it will depend on what kind of soil you have and how much work you are willing to put into it.
There are also books about backyard produce growing.
By the way, corn is relatively cheap to buy but takes up a lot of space in your garden, making it less desireable to grow for selling, unless you have a huge area to grow in and farm machinery to help you. Or, a huge family to hoe, till and weed...did I mention shuck?
well go to www.vegetablesgrowers.com and see what they ve with them for u.best of luck
