I am building a backyard pool of concrete blocks on a concrete slab how do I make it watertight?

Try that latex roof-coat. Ask at the Truvalue store also. I never thought of blocks for this; COOL IDEA! Luck from Brian&Stimpy

To water tight it, you should
install a plasticpool liner on the inside
Install a Metal Lathe
Fill that in with a mud coat ( thick cement)
Tile over that
Seal the tile with mason sealer.
