Since my Irises are done blooming for the year, when can I cut them back?

Question:Since my Irises are done blooming, when can I cut them back?

Answers:
You don't have to cut them back. You can move them in August through October.

You can do it now. I've already cut some of mine back and transplanted them and am going to do a bunch more this weekend.
