Answers:
Yes you can drown plants by watering them too much.

Depends on the flowers. Some don't like wet feet!
Inside or outside plants. If outside, and in the ground, no problem. If inside and in pots, you are watering them too much. Stick you finger in the ground next to the plant. If dirt sticks to your flinger, they have enough water. If your flinger comes out dry, water them.
1. only water in early morning and 2; check the soil before watering. i would say you are watering too much in a humid climate. i would water twice a week at most.

put your finger in the soil, up to the top knuckle if it is dry they need water; if it is slightly damp water the next day.
If it's really hot and humid, you need to water them daily, but only after the sun has gone down. If you water them midday, the sun will fry them. But, if you have to water them in the midday or morning, get very close to the roots, not the petals.
too much water can be bad they can die from that ...
Never let the soil dry to a hardness. Feel it with you finger. Water when you don't sense any moisture. Simple.
Totally depends on the flowers. If they are established perennials the once a week should do it at those temps. If you get over 100 then maybe every few days. Annuals tend to require a little more water because their roots are shallow so every few days for them should be enough as well. I never water anything everyday unless it is newly planted and only for two weeks then I cut back to at least once a week. Most flowers will let you know when they are thirsty by drooping a little. Better to be under watered than over watered.
yes, but if it's really hot that day or u wont be able to water the plants the next day then water it three times that day but if u do that then dont put too much water each time
Depends what plants are they in pots? If in the ground I wouldn't water them unless they start to wilt.
