Mandivilla vines with yellowing leaves w/ brown spots?

Question:just bought these two vines two weeks ago. it has rained almost every day since (very unusual for Texas) ...could it have a fungal disease like brown spot on roses? should i spray them or is this normal? less than 10% of leaves are involved at this time.
