Will I need a trellis to grow bell peppers?

Question:

Answers:
No, not at all! They will stand on their own and will be a healthy plant by itself.

yes it helps support them
I have 8 bell papper plants in my garden right now. I have grown them for 20 years and I have never used a trellis or anything else to support them. Nor have seen or heard of using a trellis for pepper plants. I do use a trellis for my peas.
Not a trellis, but if they produce like mine do you will need a pole or something to hold them up. I tie each of them to a pole because the peppers will cause them to fall if I don't.
Definately not..they are not a vining plant..they wont grow on a trellis.sometimes I have seen if not rooted deeply they could use a stake attached loosely, but normally bell peppers are deep rooted and a thick stal;k and need no support.
