The only way I can think of is to fill a wheel barrow or a kids wading pool with water and some liquid detergent. Then get a shovel and scoop up the rocks and the crud that has fallen between them. Drop each shovelful into the water so that the rocks get cleaned off. When you have one section scooped out (since you probably can't do it all at once) then scoop out the clean rocks from the water and put them back onto the driveway. Then move on to the next section until you have it all done.

Depends what's made it dirty but a bleach solution sprayed on should do the trick - just keep it away from plants you want to keep. You can get products in most countries specifically for the job but bleach works wonders too.
