Is there a trick to getting the spool off my ele grass trimmer?

Question:I have a 15" toro electric grass trimmer and i can't get the thing where the line comes out off. I ran out of line yesterday and have tried everything, is there a trick to this?

I'm not familiar w/ ur particular model of weed whacker, however most of them have left hand threaded spool nuts, i.e. you turn the spool nut clockwise to loosen it.

There should be 2 push-in clips on opposite sides of the spool. Depress both at the same time.
