I use tomato rite its good for feeding most things.
It might sound stupid, but this works. For every 1 foot of plant place 1 dozen live minnows under the dirt. The orange plant will grow like mad.
Tomato feed is a good one, especially when it has fruit on the tree. Good quality compost is also beneficial.
