Roundup is the best weed and grass killer.
If you want to kill weeds in your grass, don't use Roundup, because it will kill the grass too. I would go with Ortho's Weed-B-Gone.
You can get these at almost any garden center, or Home Depot, or Lowes.

What weed do you want to get rid of?!? You need to know what you are trying to get rid of it and whether spraying is a good option. You are essentially spraying a toxic chemical which can be helpful, but on the other hand, don't you want it to be effective? Risk and payoff and all that?

Depends on what weeds I want to kill. If it is just broad-leaf plants, I use Ortho Weed-B-Gone. If it is everything, I use Roundup or Spectracide. I get them at Walmart or Home Depot.

Weed B Gone. You can get it at Lowe's Menards Home Depot, just about any hardware store. They have the one you can attach to your garden hose too.
PLEASE DO NOT USE ROUND UP!! It will kill EVERYTHING not just the weeds.

Glysophate is very effective and comes in different forms(spray/ stick/ etc). It can be applied directly to the weeds without damaging the other plants. I don't know specific products because I don't think it really matters. Garden centres are probably the best place to go as the staff there usually can help you pick the right stuff.

If you live in the south and have Bermuda you can use a product called MSMA(crabgrass killer). It kills just about everything but Bermuda grass. If you want to kill everything use Roundup. It all depends on where you are spraying. If you have St. Augustine grass you will want to be very careful using herbacides as this variety is very sensitive to most chemicals. Instead of chemicals, I often water around the weed(s) and soak the ground. Then remove the weed, root and all.
