select a place to start and go around the room, use small finishing nails but do not pound the flush with your hammer, get a nail punch for that. that way you dont dent your nice new trim. i hope you purchased a manual miter box from walmart or lowes,( 10.00 or less) this will give you perfect angles for your corners. have fun take your time and do it right and you will enjoy your work for some time.
