I'm assuming you are trying to germinate seed in a container? If so, the cheapest and easiest way that I have done this is to either 1. take egg carton, cut off top place topsoil(miraclegrow) in tray, plant seeds as instructed (may want to soak in water first) then just put plain plastic wrap over the top, place in sunny place for at least 4 or 5 hours a day, mist with spray bottle at least once a day, also take off wrap and allow the condensed water to go back into soil. 2. you can also use a regular dixie cup (plastic or styrofoam cup). Hope this is what you were looking for.
