I'm intrested in growing summer flowers inside my home in the winter, will they grow?

Question:

Answers:
The simple answer is NO!!

Most summer flowers need 8 or more hours of sun each day!!

Good Luck!!

Annuals will not.
Perrineals will.
If you get enough light, and water properly, but they will not rebloom.
Actually I have had great success wintering alot of my annuals, And I live in southwestern Ny, (the snow belt) Impatients, petunias, wondering jew, colleus, marigolds, salvia, dianthus, and landscape daisies are a few that I have tried and been successful with. Be sure to put them by the window , fertilize every two weeks, water weekly, (be sure not to let them dry out) the dry heat from furnace can cause this . Prune them and watch them grow!! Best of luck!! P.S. A good friend of mine has owned several greenhouses for bout 15 yrs, and he belives that anything ( with proper care) can be wintered!
Not unless you grow them in hydroponic medium
