Several questions?

Question:I have a few tiger lillies in my yard. i never planted them to begin with, but I'd love to have more, what do i do?

also are spring pansies perinial or anual?

and last. how do I keep rablits out of my vegtable garden?

Answers:
1) All lillies will spread on their own provided they are planted with the right exposure. I'm not sure if tiger lillies are full sun, full shade, whatever, but most lillies are full sun. If you want to fill in faster I'm sure your local nursery sells tiger lillies that you can plant.

2) All pansies are annuals. There is a form of pansy that will bloom in fall and the following spring, but not after that.

3) Plant a border of marigold around your garden. This MAY deter them. If not, you may have to fence it in.

You can move the tiger lillies with a shovel, they are pretty resilient. Pansies are annuals, and chicken wire for the rabbits.
Pansies are perennial, but will last a long time. If your looking for more bulbs, try wal mart or go on line to www.michiganbulb.com they have great deals on all kinds of flowers and trees. They even have complete garden kits that you can buy for any type of shade. They have an amazing variety of lillies that are different from the tiger lillies but are pretty none the less. They would look great together in a garden. There are other on line flower sites like Brecks and Springhill nursery, they are an offshoot of Michigan Bulb, but have different selections. Michigan bulb is just the cheapest. I dont know about bunnies. I live in the city and dont have that problem. Good luck with it. And have fun, I just started doing gardening this year and am having a blast at it.

You need to speak to a local landscaper. You can check out http://www.1800topsoil.com to see if they have someone local.
