It's blossom end rot, it's caused form a calcium shortage, mix crushed egg shells into the soil.
Blossom end rot--result of plant's inability to draw calcium from the soil--plant can't draw calcium when the soil is dry--are you underwatering?
Like others have said, you have blossom end rot which should go away with the second flush of fruit. Roma types are very susceptible to BER.
The best thing to do is put a tablespoon or two of Epsom salts around the base of each plant. The magnesium in the Epsom salts will allow the plants to better use the calcium in your soil.
Also remove all fruit that has BER ASAP and compost them
Yes, it is called blossom end rot. If you can even out the watering so it doesn't get too dry, that helps a lot. Mulching them with grass clippings or some other organic material usually works well. Keeping the pH to the acid side, about 6.5 is very helpful in getting the plant access to the calcium. If you are in an acidic soil, add lime, if you are in an alkaline one, add sulfur.
