Answers:
Hydrangea get darker in color depending on the acidity or other factors in the soil. I do not know if Hyacinth's are subject to the same changes.

your hyacinth is probably just in shock from the move.keep it well watered..trim off any spent blooms and put it in a partial sunny spot. In the winter, place it in a cool room in your home and only water about once or twice a month. then put it back outside in the same sunny place ... should be ok.good luck
leave it outside in the ground and it will die back naturally...it will reappear in the spring...depending on your winters..they need a fairly cold winter period.
Some Hyacinths darken as flowers fade. Remove flower stem ONLY when plant is finished, give a little liquid feed, allow to die back naturally. Store dry or plant in garden. They are FAR tougher bulbs than many imagine. Many of Hyacinths will return with smaller, or less flowers than the original .
