What about growing eucalyptus trees? I have a wind problem here where I live. Can growiing lots of these tree

Question:on my property slow the wind down and keep from damaging my house so much . Im not talking about a tornado but really high yearly winds that blow brick tiles off roof

Answers:
Eucalyptus are dirty trees. Drop leaves, stems, seed pads all the time. They also are damaged by winds. Look for some other tree.

first where are you
these trees take years to grow and they normally grow straight up they aren't much of a win break if you get high winds they might land on your house
Wind problems - hmmm... check your diet or see a doctor - lol

Only kidding - make sure the type of tree you are considering doesn't crack or split too easily - also look for a bushy type of tree to act as a windbreak- your local nursery should be able to help _ i don't think eucalyptus is the best choice
eucalyptus makes the soil barren .it drains the soil and nothing grows within 15 feet of it. i dont know what will be a good substitute but its best to avoid it until its waste land.
