How long do I have to put up with the ciadas?!?!?

Question:They are overtaking my woods! The noise is so loud... I can't wait for them to go away! They've been here about 2 weeks. How much longer to I have to put up with them?

Answers:
4-6 weeks. The adults emerge over a three-four week period. They mate, lay their eggs and die. They only live for 3-4 weeks. We will have cicadas for a total of 6-8 weeks and two weeks are gone.

till fall/winter. gotta live with it everywhere you go. we have them in FL as well.
