How can i get grass to grow?
Question:some of the yard is alright but some places grass won't grow how can i get some grass to grow in necked places
Answers:
You need to buy some grass seeds. Plant a few seeds first and then plant more as needed. I was at home depot looking for grass seeds and I think there are some grass seeds that can withstand common diseases and drought. Go to home depot or Lowe's (or whatever gardening/green house shop nearby) and ask while you're there buying the seeds. I'm sure they'll have the best answers. Good Luck.
You might want to try and fertilize the area first wait a few months then plant a few squares of grass, make sure you slow water, for 15 to 20 minuets every other day, if it won't grow then, you might want have soil tested,
First of all you need to use lawn care solution. Its available in powder form where u can mix water and make solution or sometimes already available in solution. u can spray that on the lawn area only (take care not to put that on other plants). this can be done once or twice every year during summer thats all. this is for making the existing lawn healthy and weed free. then u shud rake the bald patches and put some compost on the area then sow grass seeds and rake them. dont step on the lawn area for a week or so and regularly water it. u surely will have a healthy green lawn. all the best
because the soil isn't ritch enough so it can not grow. you could buy some soil from the store and put it on the spot you want grass and spred your see's and in two to three weeks you will get grass
